Join the upcoming UC workshop, “Creating a Smarter University: AI Transformations in Administration,” an exclusive, in-person event from Monday, September 30, to Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at UCLA.  For 250 senior administrative leaders from the UC community, this event is by invitation only, though self-nominations are welcome. Hosted by the UC AI Council (co-chaired by Alexander Bustamante and Alex Bui), and the UC Chief Information Officer Council (led by Van Williams), and in partnership with Gartner, the workshop will explore AI-driven advancements in university administration. Registration is free and covers conference fees and meals; travel and lodging are paid by the attendee.

Target audiences and selection criteria: 

Two hundred and fifty (250) guests with the following roles at the University of California will be invited: senior administrative leadership, including finance, marketing, operations, academic services and health care. Attendees will be selected to attend by the leaders of their respective teams. Consideration will also be provided to those who complete this interest form, based on available capacity and proximity to the above mentioned roles.
