Program Goals

  1. Bringing together key California cybersecurity stakeholders and major partnerships for collaboration, networking, and future activity.
  2. Addressing current and future California Cybersecurity workforce capability and skills gaps with a vision of creating a cybersecurity career education pipeline and pathway into the professional field and academic discipline to meet state and local workforce/employment needs. 
  3. Evaluating both traditional (“academics”) and non-traditional (“skills-competency based”) approaches for professional preparation to fill numerous available employment opportunities of the California Cybersecurity Career Education Pipeline and Pathway Project (C3EP3).
