Karen Catlin, a leadership coach, speaker, and author, will deliver the keynote about the secret to building a vibrant and supportive workplace for everyone: allyship.
Following the keynote, Ms. Catlin will be joined by Jennifer Wong-Ma, Associate Professor of Teaching at Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences at UCI and Jason Valdry, Assistant Dean at Claire Trevor School of the Arts at UCI for a fireside chat discussing her perspective on the challenges women and other underrepresented employees face in the workplace, and practical ways that every individual can take action as an ally.
The event is hosted and facilitated by the founder of Women in Tech at UCI, Shohreh Bozorgmehri.
